What to expect

6 weeks out, we'll run an induction to give you prep work to be Strategy Throwdown, READY. In the build-up, you'll have a mix of solo work and a discovery session working with us to distil insights using Frankly's framework.

Next, you'll get a drop of pre-Throwdown materials and content, so that everyone attending is ready the second they step foot on the farm. Yes, a farm, Bore Place, a 500-acre farm in Kent. We'll pick you up from a central London location, transport you to a fantastic escape to touch grass, and fulfil my dream of returning to farming.

You'll be matched with other social media leads (non-competitive brands) and placed into pods of five for the two days. Just like the judges' houses on The X Factor. The pod setup is vital to completing a quality strategy. Four other social leads will serve as sounding boards, pushing and questioning your thinking while we facilitate and shape it.

Then, it's two days of Strategy Throwing Down, working hard, and playing hard, including an overnight stay, activities (more on those soon), meals & refreshments, pre-work, post-event sessions, and more.

Who should attend

This is for mid-size brands, that either have a social lead responsible for a team/agency or a brand lead responsible for all social media output i.e. 'the social media decision maker'. You might be about to scale and need to build a strategy to help navigate that scale as you bring in more resource or invest more into social media. You might be having some adhoc moments of success and now want to double down and win MORE.

How can I convince my boss?
